Services

  • AFCDF has an amazing network throughout the community of staff and volunteers who can help with day to day needs such as transportation to and from appointments and treatments, food deliveries, and more. We work with each individual based on their needs and unique circumstances.

  • Treatment and medical needs can be costly, and we can be there to help ease that financial burden. We strive to provide financial relief in any way we can to make sure you can focus on treatment and recovery without the additional stress of finances.

  • AFCDF Staff will connect you with someone who can work with you through your unique experiences. We offer peer support systems, one on one mentoring from an individual who has had a cancer diagnosis or other serious medical concern and undergone recovery and treatment who can provide advice and support, and virtual meetings with licensed therapists when needed.

if you or someone you know could benefit from our support, please contact our team directly or use our form on this page to let us know how we can be of service.
